How to Book Epcot Food & Wine Festival Events
To book all special events and demonstrations, call 407-WDW-FEST. Culinary Demonstrations, Beverage Seminars, Mixology Seminars, and General Admission for Party for the Senses and 3D Dessert Party will be bookable online at http://DisneyWorld.com/dine — click the “dining event” button and find your event via the pull down menu.
Tables in Wonderland members, Annual Passholders, and Disney Vacation Club Members can get discounts ($2 per person per event) for seminars and demos taking place Mon-Thurs during the festival.

Seats Added to Kitchen Memories Lunches: Two of the most popular celebrity chefs (Buddy Valastro and Art Smith) at this year’s Epcot Food & Wine Festival are hosting Kitchen Memories lunches – and due to demand, they’ve added a handful of seats!
runDisney hosts “Diet Diva” Meet: runDisney’s newest consultant, Tara Gidus (the “Diet Diva”) is hosting a meet-up during the Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend on November 9th at 7am. Note: This event has now reached capacity.

Italian Regional Lunches Have Added More Seats As of 9/30, the popular Italian Regional Lunches taking place on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the festival have added more seats to their previously sold-out rosters. Be sure to call 407-WDW-DINE to see if there’s availability on your dates!
Skinnygirl Bethenny Frankel Appearances: Former personal chef Bethenny Frankel (Bravo TV’s “Bethenny Ever After”) is the creator of Skinnygirl Cocktails. On November 3 at 11:30a and 1:30p, a 30 minute discussion with Bethenny Frankel will take place. Both appearances are included with Epcot park admission.
Disney’s Visa Cardmembers will receive access to the Chase Lounge during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival presented by Chase. You and your guests can relax while enjoying a beverage. Open 9am – 7pm each day of the Festival, the lounge is located on the Festival Center’s second floor. For access, just present your Disney’s Visa Card.
New World Showcase Booth Construction Premiers: Check out brand new booth construction for these countries: Argentina, Ireland, and New Zealand!

A new signature event has been added to the 2012 Epcot Food and Wine Festival line-up. On October 19, Citricos will host a lunch at 12:30 for $130. Pixar fans! John Lasseter and his wife Nancy will present their California wines at this event. Chef Philip Ponticelli will pair Lasseter wines with seasonal cuisine.
Celebrity Chefs returning this year include: Jamie Deen, Cake Boss Buddy Valastro, Andrew Zimmern, Robert Irvine, Gale Gand, Rock Harper, and More! There will be many new faces to find, like Erika Davis from Top Chef Just Desserts!

HGTV Seminars
HGTV Seminars return to the 2012 Festival! On select weekends, Home and Garden Television personalities (along with the winner of “Design Star”) will lead seminars focusing on home entertaining. Returning from last year is Emily Henderson of “Secrets From a Stylist”.
These seminars are free with your Epcot admission!
Eat to the Beat Concerts
Throughout the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, popular bands from the 80s and 90s take the stage at the American Gardens Theater in the American Adventure Pavilion to share some of their greatest hits with the crowds! These concerts are free with Epcot admission, and take place three times per evening.

With the release of Epcot’s October schedule, we’ve noticed that festival-goers will be able to tour Epcot until 10 p.m. on Saturdays. Previously, the extended park hours were only offered on Friday nights during Food & Wine!
